Alisha Allen Gardner

Chief Executive Officer


The first thing most people notice about Alisha is her energetic and enthusiastic personality. Alisha is a bright, bubbly go-getter. With 10 years of real estate experience, Alisha developed her abilities to understand needs and serve people, and she brings this knowledge to Easy Time Clock both in her management style and in developing lasting client relationships. Alisha has a selfless, kind spirit, and she is always the first to step in and help however she can. Alisha graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science in 2013. She is actively involved in various community organizations such as the Edmond Chamber of Commerce and the Northwest Oklahoma City Chamber. In several organizations, she has a leadership role on the board or is on a committee. She was a graduate of Leadership Northwest in 2018. She has been recognized for her community efforts time and time again with recognition from the OKC Gazettes 40 Under 40, The Journal Records Achievers Under 40, OKCYP's Most Influential Young Professional, Member of the Year, and more. In her free time, Alisha can be found playing with her son Hunter and her niece and nephews, organizing something fun with friends, or searching out the nearest Comic-Con!

Chuck

Chuck Gardner

Chief Technical Officer


Most mornings, you’d be hard-pressed to find Chuck without his full R2-D2 coffee mug in his hand. Even as a kid, Chuck exhibited a certain fondness toward problem solving and technology. This curiosity and enthusiasm continue today in his work as the head of Easy Time Clock’s programming team. Chuck has various programming certifications – from MCTS and MCITP to Security+ and Server+. His kindness and patience are attributes that his team admire the most in him. In the last few years, he has made a goal to step out of his shell and participate in out of office leadership roles that have led him to be nominated for various awards in OKC. In his spare time, he loves playing video games and nerding out on sci-fi. Though Chuck might seem quiet, he usually has a witty tidbit to add.

Rob Allen

Chief Officer of Operations


Rob brings 20 years of leadership as a pastor, counselor and vice-president of a non-profit, and an additional 10 plus years in new home sales and construction management. Married to Beth, he is the father of three (Alisha, Ashley, and Alex), and grandfather of five (Addison, Phoenix, Hunter, Paisley, and Pierce). A California native, he graduated from Fresno State before going on to seminary and graduate work in theology, counseling, and business. His focus is to devise and implement systems and processes that improve productivity and customer satisfaction. His great passion is to develop team members to be the best they were designed to be. Rob reads a lot and is a student of leadership and history. He has been recognized for his leadership skills throughout the community and received the Leadership Impact Award from OKCYP. When not working or with family, he enjoys oil painting and sketching.

Justin Tilley

Software Engineer


Electronics and programming have always been an interest for Justin, and his affinity and bachelor's in Computer Science led him to a position with Easy Time Clock. Justin has many innovative ideas and a true willingness to help, which has made him a key addition to the team since 2015. He continued his personal development by becoming a Leadership Northwest graduate in 2022.  Justin is happily married with 2 cats. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, going camping, hiking, and playing disc golf, video games, and table top games. Justin is rarely at a loss for words, and often has a logical (if not sarcastic!) retort to any conversation. His insightful feedback and motivation to help others has made him a valuable teacher to his teammates and an incredible asset to the support and development teams.

Ellie describes herself as an artist and a writer, but her team sees her as so much more than that. Joining Easy Time Clock as a customer support specialist in 2014, Ellie’s leadership abilities and “get things done” attitude got her potential noticed quickly. She graduated proudly from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2008 and is a 2024 graduate of Leadership Northwest. In the office, Ellie is veritably a jack of all trades; from designing new features for the website to developing training materials for customers and staff, Ellie is truly a crucial member of the ETC Team. To unwind after a long day, you can find this introvert gaming, Netflix binging, or enjoying her favorite thing: alone time!

Jordan

Jordan Mattingly

Senior Technical Support Specialist


Thoughtful and observant by nature, Jordan brings a calm, grounded presence to the Easy Time Clock team. A proud Air Force Veteran, he credits his military service for his clear communication, enduring focus, and genuine respect for everyone he interacts with. Outside of work, Jordan is an avid reader with a deep interest in classical literature, philosophy, psychology, history, art, and the broader human experience. Chess, pickleball, and debate provide his competitive outlets. His drive to challenge himself, expand his horizons, and better understand the full spectrum of human perspectives contributes directly to ETC's commitment to authentic, people-oriented teamwork and support.

Ashley Spence

Vice President of Marketing


Ashley jumped at the opportunity to work alongside the rest of her family at Easy Time Clock. You know when Ashley has arrived at the office (with her with a green tea) because she and her sister, Alisha, can be heard laughing and coming up with new ideas. Using her experience in Sales, Ashley brings a friendly personality and compassion to ETC customers.  Ashley uses her M.A. in Counseling to connect to clients and do presentations of our products at events throughout the country. She is an active liaison for Easy Time Clock's child care management system, MyLilyPadApp.com. When outside of the office, you can find Ashley living the crazy mom life with her husband, Bobby, and her four kiddos, Addison, Phoenix, Paisley, and Pierce.

Gaydonne

Gaydonne Nusz

Payroll Specialist


Gaydonne joined the Easy Time Clock team in 2021 to help launch our move into ETC Payroll. With over 30 years in real estate and bookkeeping, Gaydonne brings an accountants eye to the team. She has a heart for helping people that shows in her above and beyond work. Nothing is more gratifying to her than the feeling of helping people meet their business needs. She prides herself on being an honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable in all her work. If she doesn't know the answer, she will find someone who does! When she's not taking care of all her fur babies and the family farm, she is finding ways to spend time with her 2 adult sons.

Tae Joseph

Support Specialist and Project Manager



Tae brings a heart for people and a love for progress to the Easy Time Clock team. With experience in customer service, event management, and administration, she stepped naturally into the role of Scrum Master, helping keep projects on track and ideas moving forward.

She enjoys guiding projects from start to finish and celebrating wins along the way. Known for her encouraging spirit and creative perspective, Tae brings positive energy to the team and values meaningful connection.

Outside of work, she enjoys being out in nature, reading, and spending time with her family, including her seven adult children and her growing crew of grandkids.
