Mobile App – Visit the Play Store or App Store and run an update, then try again.
ETC Vault – Take the Vault shortcut on the desktop and drag it over to the recycling bin. Then, visit the ETC Vault download page and redownload. A new Key Code will not be needed in this case.
Standard Shortcut – Take the shortcut on the desktop and drag it over to the recycling bin. Then, visit the Shortcut page and redownload.
Login Failed. Check spelling, caps… – The browser cleared the login credentials, so something in one of the 3 fields is wrong. Make sure the employees have the correct Company Login. You can verify their username in the Employee Setup page, located in the Setup tab. You can also reset their passwords from this page.
Unauthorized Access – The employee is attempting to log in outside of the location restriction you have set up in the Clock In Restriction page, located in the Setup tab. However, if you use the Authorized Browser restriction, the cookie that saved the unlock password may have been deleted. You can retrieve this password again in the Clock In Restriction page, located in the Setup tab.
